Critter Cove LLC Acknowledgements, Agreements, Terms, and Conditions

By participating in animal interactions organized by Critter Cove LLC, all participants acknowledge that:

Interacting with animals carries inherent risks, including the possibility of injury, allergic reactions, and emotional responses.
Every reasonable effort is made by Critter Cove LLC to ensure the safety and welfare of both animals and participants at all events.
Participants are expected to follow instructions from staff and treat animals kindly and respectfully at all times.

All animals are under the supervision of trained handlers; participants must not attempt to handle animals without staff approval.
Children under age 12 must be supervised by a parent or guardian during animal interactions at all times.
It is the participant’s responsibility to disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or aversions before engaging with the animals.
The participant agrees not to: tease, chase,frighten,abuse, or speak poorly about any animal during the event.
Critter Cove LLC reserves the right to refuse access to its animals or services if a participant behaves dangerously, inappropriately, or fails to comply with staff instructions.
Photography may be allowed with permission, but loud noises are forbidden unless otherwise stated by staff.

Consents: to follow all written and verbal safety instructions provided by Critter Cove LLC staff.
Releases: Critter Cove LLC its owners, employees, volunteers, and agents from all liability for injuries, illnesses, or losses that may arise during participation, except in cases of gross negligence by the company.
Grants: Critter Cove LLC the right to use any photos or recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.
Acknowledges and accepts these terms as a condition for participation in any animal interaction or event provided by Critter Cove LLC.
