At Critter Cove Mobile LLC, we put great care into planning and preparing for each booked event. To protect the welfare of our animals, the scheduling of our staff, and the commitments we make with clients, we maintain a No Refund Policy.
1. Deposits & Payments

All deposits and event payments made to Critter Cove LLC are non-refundable.

A booking is only confirmed once payment is received.
2. Client Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your event for any reason, payments cannot be refunded.

We understand that emergencies or unexpected circumstances may arise. While refunds are not available, we may allow you to reschedule your event one time within 1 year of the original booking date, subject to availability.
3. Provider Cancellations

In the rare event that Critter Cove must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control — such as severe weather, animal health and safety concerns, or staff emergencies — clients will be offered:

A full rescheduling at no additional cost OR
-
A credit toward future services within 1 year.

Cash refunds will not be issued.
4. Weather & Outdoor Events

Clients booking outdoor events must provide a backup indoor or covered space.

If no alternate location is available and weather prevents the event from taking place, the booking will be rescheduled but not refunded.
5. Acknowledgment
By booking with Critter Cove LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy. We encourage clients to review all details carefully before confirming their booking.
